SOPOT, Poland, Nov. 9, 2018–Katarzyna Milczarek and Dzeko won the CDI3* Grand Prix Special Saturday for the fourth victory in the two months since the Polish Olympian resumed riding the stallion after her son competed the horse in the European Under-25 Championships in August.

Katarzyna and the 12-year-old Oldenburg stallion scored of 69.064 per cent a day after capturing the Grand Prix.

In six starts since resuming the ride on Dzeko after her son, Tomasz Jasinski, competed the horse in the European Under-25 Championships, Katarzyna has posted four victories.

Katarzyna and Dzeko were on Poland’s team at the 2015 and 2017 European Championships. In her career, she competed Ekwador at the 2010 World Equestrian Games in Kentucky, the 2012 London Olympics and the 2009, 2011 and 2013 European Championships and Lecantos at the 2006 WEG in Aachen, Germany and the 2005 Europeans.

Germany’s Alina Röhricht on Atlantis was second on 68.298 per cent with Estonia’s Dina Ellermann on Donna Anna third on 64.021 per cent.
