SOPOT, Poland, Nov. 9, 2018–Katarzyna Milczarek rode Dzeko, her two-time European Championship mount for Poland, to win the CDI3* Grand Prix Friday.

The win for Katarzyna and the 12-year-old Oldenburg stallion on a score of 69.413 per cent was the third this year for the pair that were on Poland’s team at the 2015 and 2017 European Championships.

Katarzyna, an Olympic and championship rider for Poland, has shared Dzeko with her son, Tomasz Jasinski, who competed the horse in the European Under-25 Championships in the Netherlands three months ago.

Mateusz Cichon on Hertzregent, who competed for Poland at the 2017 European Under-25 championships, placed second on a personal best 68.848 per cent.

Italy’s Silvia Rizzo on Ducati was third on 67.130 per cent.
