ERMELO, Netherlands, July 29, 2018–The Netherlands team for the World Equestrian Games was announced Sunday after Edward Gal and Glock’s Zonik won the Dutch Championship.
The team for the world championships in Tryon, North Carolina beginning Sept. 11 is:
Edward Gal, 48 years old and Glock’s Zonik, 10-year-old Danish Warmblood stallion;
Hans Peter Minderhoud, 44, and Glock’s Dream Boy, 10-year-old KWPN stallion;
Emmelie Scholtens, 32, and Apache, 13-year-old KWPN stallion, and
Madeleine Witte-Vrees, 46, and Cennin, 11-year-old KWPN stallion.
