TRYON, North Carolina, April 27, 2018–Individual competition tickets for the World Equestrian Games in Tryon, North Carolina in September go on sale Wednesday, May 2.
Prices of individual tickets for dressage, jumping, eventing, driving, reining, vaulting endurance and para dressage at the Games Sept. 11-23 are online at www.Tryon2018.com.
With all competitions at the Tryon International Equestrian Center, visitors can come for a day, a week or the entire Games, held once every four years and only the second time in the United States. WEG officials report high demand since package ticket sales began in October.
“We anticipate a sold-out event and are working aggressively toward that goal,” said Mark Bellissimo, founder and CEO of Tryon International Equestrian Center. “The WEG is expected to be the largest sporting event in the United States and fourth largest in the world in 2018 and should be on everyone’s to-do list for this year. This is a can’t-miss event for 2018.”
