HASTINGS, New Zealand, Mar. 19, 2018–The New Zealand Olympic combination of Julie Brougham and Vom Feinsten captured the Horse of the Year CDI3* Grand Prix Friday.

Julie and the 15-year-old Rhinelander gelding scored 69.500 per cent for the win, their third victory in four starts in New Zealand this year. The pair competed in only event, in Boneo, Australia last October, following the 2016 Olympics and before returning to New Zealand CDIs in February this year.

John Thompson and JHT Antonello were second on 68.935 per cent with Wendi Wiliamson on Don Amour MH third on 66.435 per cent. Wendi took Dejavu MH to the 2017 Omaha World Cup Final.
