WELLINGTON, Florida, Feb. 28, 2018–Carl Hester, British Olympic team gold rider, hosted the inaugural master class at the Global Dressage Festival Wednesday, coaching six horses and riders before about 1,200 paying spectators at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.

Carl worked with combinations from junior riders to Grand Prix that kept the crowd in their seats for three hours on a balmy Florida evening before the start of the fifth of nine CDIs on the Global winter circuit.

Jade Ellery on Porsche’s Eloy, who rode on Great Britain’s junior rider team at the European Championships i 2017 after competing in Wellington last winter, rode in the master class.

Jade seeks to qualify for the British team for the European Young Rider title this summer.
