SOPOT, Poland, Feb. 11, 2018–Sweden’s Clara Espinosa on Gordon won the Sopot CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle Sunday in only their second Big Tour event with a gap of 18 months since the debut.

Clara and the 15-year-old Swedish Warmblood gelding scored 73.625 per cent in their first CDI musical performance. The duo placed third on 67.652 per cent in the Grand Prix Saturday.

Clara had not competed Gordon at CDI since their inaugural Grand Prix in England n July, 2016.

Fellow Swede Per Duvfelt on Garnier was second on 68.895 per cent in the Freestyle with Rishat Sabitov of Poland on Azzaro third on 66.925 per cent.

Poland’s Przemyslaw Kozanowski on Belcanto won the Grand Prix on a personal best score of 69.652 per cent. The pair did not compete in the Freestyle.
