DARMSTADT, Germany, Sept. 22, 2017–Daniel Bachmann Andersen and Blue Hors Zack logged a personal best score to win the CDI4* Grand Prix Freestyle Friday, the second victory in two days for the Danish combination.

Daniel and the 13-year-old KWPN stallion scored 78.875 per cent for the win, a day after taking the Grand Prix and posting the first victories since starting Big Tour in March when they also performed their highest scoring freestyle of 75.975 per cent before Friday.

Germany’s Heiner Schiergen and Discovery OLD in the first CDI since taking World Young Horse Championship bronze medal for six-year-olds in 2013 placed second on 74.075 per cent.

Spain’s Morgan Barbançon Mestre on Sir Donnerhall II OLD was third on 74.050 percent:
