DORTMUND, Germany, Mar. 3, 2017–Anabel Balkenhol and Dablino FRH competing for the first time this year won the CDI5* Grand Prix Friday to lead a German sweep of the top three places.

The 2012 Olympic partnership for Germany scored 74.520 per cent in the first CDI for the 17-year-old Hanoverian gelding since December.

Jessica von Bredow-Werndl on Zaire was second on 74.400 per cent and Fabienne Lütkemeier on Fabregaz third on 74.020 per cent.
