BONEO, Australia, Jan. 20,2016–Five-time Olympian Mary Hanna and her 2016 Rio Games mount Boogie Woogie won the CDI3* Grand Prix Friday and placed second with the 2012 London Games mount Sancette.
Mary and the 11-year-old KWPN gelding scored 69.940 per cent for the third straight win since returning home from the Olympics.
On Sancette, the 16-year-old Hanoverian gelding that Mary competed for Australia at the 2012 London Games, she scored 66.940 per cent.
Lesley-Anne Taylor on Amicelli Gold was 0.100 per further back on 66.840 per cent for third place.
Correction: An earlier version stated that Mary Hanna and Sancette won the Grand Prix and that Boogie Woogie was scratched. Dressage-news.com regrets the error.
