SON PROHENS, Spain, Sept. 30, 2016–Madeleine Witte-Vrees of the Netherlands and Cennin won the Balearen Tour CDI4* Grand Prix Friday, logging a personal best score in their third victory since the nine-year-old KWPN stallion started Big Tour six months ago.
Madeleine and Cennin scored 74.240 per cent in their fifth Grand Prix.
German 2012 Olympic medal rider Helen Langehanenberg on Damsey FRH placed second on 71.020 per cent with Holland’s Danielle Heijkoop on Badari third on 70.280 per cent.
Madeleine competed Cennin (Vivaldi x Donnerhall) at Small Tour in 2014 and 2015 before moving to Big Tour in March, logging two Freestyle victories before this Grand Prix win.
