SAUGERTIES, New York, Sept. 24, 2016–Canada’s Jill Irving posted their first victory on Degas 12 in winning the World Cup Freestyle with a personal best score Saturday.
Jill and the 14-year-old Hanoverian gelding scored 73.050 per cent for the win with fellow Canadians Jacqueline Brooks on D Niro second on 69.825 per cent and Christian Garweg on Delorean third on 65.325 per cent. There were only four combinations to start the Freestyle.
Jill began competing Degas at CDI in March, 2013.
