SAUMUR. SEPT. 25, 2016-Anders Dahl made it two-for-two when he rode Selten HW to victory in the CDI3* Grand Prix Special Sunday after capturing the Grand Prix two days earlier, the first Big Tour victories for the Danish Olympic team rider on the American-bred gelding.
Anders and Selten, a 12-year-old Hanoverian, scored 71.608 per cent in the Special. The pair have competed at Big Tour only since April this year and rode for Denmark at the Rio Olympics last month.
France’s Pauline Vanlandeghem on Liaison Ene*HN was second on 70.275 per cent and Great Britain’s Gareth Hughes on Don Carissimo third on 69.039 per cent.
