Laura Tomlinson, the British team gold and individual bronze medalist at the 2012 Olympic Games will ride Rosalie B in their first competition, the CDI3* Grand Prix at the Adequan Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, Florida on Wednesday.
Laura’s family late last year acquired the 10-year-old Westfalen mare from Klaus Balkenhol, her trainer and former United States coach, that had been competed to international Small Tour by his daughter, German Olympian Anabel Balkenhol.
The British pair are one of 39 combinations from 14 nations on five continents to start in the Grand Prix Wednesday (see start list below), and among several horses being shown in a CDI Grand Prix for the first time with a new rider.
