LEXINGTON, Kentucky, Sept. 21, 2015–Lee Carter, an organizer of the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event, has been named as the U.S. Equestrian Federation Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development.
He will work with key show organizers across the U.S. to help develop mutually beneficial programs and be the primary contact for the USEF’s partners and sponsors.
