THOUSAND OAKS, California, Sept. 12, 2015–Steffen Peters and Rosamunde posted a personal best score of 75.780 per cent to win the Thousand Oaks Grand Prix to qualify for the Special.
Steffen and the eight-year-old Rhinelander mare that he has been competing at CDI Grand Prix level since February this year beat their previous best of 74.960 per cent in California last March.
The victory for Steffen of San Diego, California and the mare owned by Akiko Yamazaki and Jerry Yang’s Four Winds Farm was their eighth in 11 starts in Florida and California in the United States and in Europe over the summer.
Charlotte Jorst of Reno, Nevada and Nintendo were second on 69.320 per cent and Mette Rosencrantz of Topango, California on Marron in third on 67.660 per cent.
