SYDNEY, Aug. 4, 2015–Equestrian Australia on Tuesday named its high performance squads of dressage riders it identified as having the potential to represent Australia at a major championships such as Olympics or World Equestrian Games to 2020.

To be eligible for nomination as part of the 2016 Australian Olympic Shadow team athletes must be named on the high performance squad. The high performance squad as of July 1, 2015:

Briana Burgess, Kristy Oatley and Lyndal Oatley based in Germany; Kelly Layne based in Wellington Florida, and Mary Hanna, Sue Hearn, Brett Parbery and Maree Tomkinson based in Australia.

The Generation Next squad, comprised:

Hayley Beresford based in Germany; Judy Dierks, Rachael Downs, Matthew Dowsley, Katharine Farrell, Nicholas Fyffe based in Wellington, Florida, Kim Gentry based in Moscow, Tennessee and Lisa Martin.
