WELLINGTON, Florida, Feb. 15, 2015–The Adequan Global Dressage Festival that has set successive Western Hemisphere records in international competitions this winter has posted a new high for the Dutta Corp. CDI4* and the accompanying CDI3* this week.

A total of 234 rides including 61 in the Prix St. Georges and 42 in the two Grand Prix have spread competitions over five days from Wednesday through Sunday with the Musical Freestyles for both Grand Prix CDIs scheduled for Friday night under lights.

The previous high was just two weeks ago when the combination of CDI5* and CDI3* attracted 220 rides at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center’s Stadium complex.

Sandwiched between the seven CDIs with a total of more than $650,000 in prize money and that encompass four World Cup events, CDI5*, CDI4* and the only non-championsip Nations Cup in the Western Hemisphere have been national dressage shows, jumping and an inaugural invitational event.

The Global Dressage Festival was launched just four years ago in a newly created venue of an international stadium, three other competition arenaa all with warm up rings plus a covered arena large enough for at least three full size dressage arenas.

The VIP pavilion with 80 tables has been fully sold out for the entire 12-week circuit.

The highlight event this week is the $120,000 CDI4* presented by the Dutta Corp. Two World Cup qualifiers and the Nations Cup will be staged in March.
