José Daniel Martin Dockx celebrating his ride on Grandioso, the Pura Raza Español horse owned by Kimberly Boyer of Wellington, Florida. Dani rides for Spain and was given the ride after Courtney King Dye who had been competing Grandioso was seriously injured in a riding accident in Florida in March, 2010. Lars Petersen, long based in Florida nad who has announced his intention to become an American citizen, rode Mariett for Denmark. Mariett is owned by American Marcia Pepper. Lars is looking for he and the 16-year-old Danish Warmblood mare to be selected for Denmark's team for the World Equestrian Games i Normandy, France next month.
