HARTPURY, England, July 13, 2014–Carl Hester rode Nip Tuck to victory in the Hartpury CDI3* Grand Prix Special Sunday whle America’s Katherine Bateson-Chandler and Wellnetta placed second.
Carl and Nip Tick scored 72.451 per cent while Katherine of Wellington, Florida who is in Britain working with the Olympic team gold medalist scored 66.157 per cent for runnerup. Lesley Peyton-Gilbert of Great Britain on Garuda K were third on 66.020 per cent.
Denmark’s Anders Dahl wrapped up a sweep of the small tour for Selten HW with victory in the Intermediate Freestyle on a score of 78.00 per cent. The rider who is based in Britain and the American-bred Selten won the Prix St. Georges and Intermediate 1.
Charles Hutton of Great Britain and Douglas IV were second in the Freestyle on 75.600 per cent with compatriot Gareth Hughes and Samba Hit III third on 73.900 per cent.
