WELLINGTON, Florida, Mar. 27, 2014–A new Palm Beach stabling and training center at budget prices is being launched for the 2015 winter dressage and hunter/jumper circuits in Wellington.

The Equestrian Estates Horse Park at White Fences with nine arenas on 33.4 acres has been leased to Equestrian Estates Palm Beach, Inc. for the stable complex.

The property in Loxahatchee is just 20 minutes from the Global Dressage Festival and Winter Equestrian Festival show grounds in Wellington and within hacking distance to the White Fences Equestrian Center dressage grounds. It was home to the Palm Beach Dressage Derby for many years.

Equestrian Estates/White Fences is home base for many top international dressage trainers.

The facility will provide stables as low as $500 per month over the winter circuit from November through April with miles of riding trails and round the clock security.

A full range of optional services from paddocks to night and early morning horse checks and feeding, transport to and from the GDF and WEF show grounds and a housing bureau including RV hookups.

“The explosive growth of dressage and hunter-jumper shows in Wellington has led to high demand for stabling and training areas,” said Kenneth J. Braddick, president of Equestrian Estates Palm Beach.

“We believe that by providing stabling with numerous quality arenas and miles of riding trails at an affordable price many more equestrian from across the country and around the world will be able to experience the unique Palm Beach lifestyle.”

In the inaugural season, Equestrian Estates will be ready for the first horses Nov. 1, 2014 and remain fully operational to April 30, 2015.
