The 2nd annual Solid Gold United States Equestrian Team Foundation benefit to raise funds for the World Equestrian Games dressage squad and other high performance programs will be held at the Global Dressage Festival’s VIP pavilion Saturday, Mar. 15.
All money raised from ticket sales, auction items and donations for the “Prancing with the Stars” event are tax deductible and will go directly to high performance athletes and programs.
Short dance routines from famous riders and judges will be auctioned off to the audience after each “Prancing with the Stars” performance to be judged by Jane Savoie, FEI rider and author of “That Winning Feeling,” “It’s Not Just About the Ribbons,” and Dressage 101;” Ellen Dixon Miller, former president of the U.S. Equestrian Fedration and Tami Hoag, New York Times bestselling author and dressage rider.
This night of dinner and dancing is sponored by Equestrian Sport Productions, Kim and Frederic Boyer,
Arlene “Tuny” and David Page and Susan and Tim Dutta and will be hosted by Robert Dover, chef d’equipe of the Amercan dressage team.
Auction items include some exciting vacation packages, opportunities to sit in the judge’s booths at upcoming CDI Freestyle events and artwork.
