LAUSANNE, Switzerland, Dec. 5, 2013–Tinne Vilhelmsson-Silfvén and Don Auriello edged up to fifth in the FEI (International Equestrian Federation) world rankings as of the end of November, the highest standing ever for the six-time Swedish Olympian.
The move to fifth for Tinne and the 11-year-old Hanoverian gelding was up one place from the previous month and behind the top four ranked combinations of Charlotte Dujardin and Valegro, Helen Langehanenberg and Damon Hill NRW, Adelinde Cornelissen and Jerich Parzival and Edward Gal on Glock’s Undercover, unchanged from the standings to the end of October.
The latest standings included results from the Stockholm World Cup event at the end of November and came ahead of Tinne and her competition horses moving to Florida for the winter. Tinne and Don Auriello made their Grand Prix debut in Florida three years ago and moved into the sixth slot in February this year.
Edward Gal on Glock’s Voice made the biggest jump–to 13th place from 79th, also based on their performance at Stockholm.
