“The response has been very positive and the feedback we have received from organizers and National Federations has been used to further improve the system,” an FEI spokesperson said.

The FEI Entry System is the first online tool provided by the FEI to show organizers to facilitate the sport administration management.

It allows organizers to have all information related to athlete and horse entries on a single platform and organizers can retrieve all entries made by national federations. It also facilitates easy communication about entries between all stakeholders.

The FEI Entry System is a tool for checking eligibility and qualification criteria as well as FEI annual registration of athletes and horses prior to FEI events.

The system also provides clarity on deadlines such as Definite Entries and last date of substitution. All actions by National Federations and organizers are logged so that adherence to deadlines can be validated at any time.

Online training sessions will be given to national federation and organizers.
