The rankings through the end of October also had Germany’s Helen Langehanenberg and Damon Hill NRW in second place and the Netherlands’ Adelinde Cornelissen and Jerich Parzival filling the third spot in only minor changes in the top 20 positions.
Lars Petersen and Mariett, the Florida-based Danish Olympian, moved up to 18th place from 20th while Carl Hester and Uthopia moved to 20th from 21st in the only changes in the top 20 positions.
