Adelinde Cornelissen and Jerich Parzival have reclaimed the No. 1 spot in the FEI World Dressage Rankings after their World Cup performance in Sweden last weekend.

The Dutch pair have a 97-point lead over Helen Langehanenberg and Damon Hill NRW, who have moved up one slot to second place after clinching the 2013 Reem Acra FEI World Cup™ Dressage title, their first World Cup Final victory and their highest ranking to date.

Charlotte Dujardin and Valegro, who became the first British combination to head the FEI World Dressage Rankings in September last year after double gold medal performances at the London 2012 Olympic Games, dropped to third with 2,563 points.

The biggest move to the top 20 was by Steffen Peters of the United States and Legolas to 16th ranking, up from 70 the month before based on their first European results, at the Horses & Dreams CDI4* in Hagen, Germany, as well as the Global Dressage Festival’s Wellington CDI5* in Florida last month.

Other big moves came out of Florida’s Global Dressage Festival–the U.S.-based Lars Petersen of Denmark and Mariett winner of the Wellington CDI5* at 25th from 33rd the previous month, Canada’s Ashley Holzer back on Breaking Dawn moving to 26th place from 106,  Tina Konyot of Palm City, Florida and her U.S. Olympic team mount Calecto V to 31st from 109th and Heather Blitz of Wellington to 33rd spot from 244.
