SAUMUR, France, May 2–Great Britain’s Carl Hester rode Dances With Wolves to their fourth straight victory in winning the Grand Prix at the Saumur CDI3* Thursday.

The Olympic gold medalist and the 11-year-old Oldenburg gelding (Donnerschwee x Waldfee x Waldorf) scored 73.063 per cent, their highest Grand Prix score since starting the Big Tour two months ago.

Fellow Briton Nikki Crisp on Fasoa was second on 69.383 per cent in the Grand Prix for the Special while France’s Karen Tebar on Florentino 47 was third on 68.851 per cent.
