ADDINGTON, England, April 6–Imke Schellekens-Bartels rode Hunter Douglas Toots to victory Friday in the first CDI Grand Prix for the 12-year-old black KWPN gelding.
The Dutch rider and Toots (Jazz x Milleke x Havidoff) scored 75.043 per cent in the CDI, less than two months after the horse’s debut at Grand Prix.
Laura Bechtolsheimer and Andretti H, now 17 years old, was second on 73.787 per cent with Spain’s Morgan Barbancon Mestre on Painted Black in third place on 72.340 per cent.
