Tinne Vilhelmsson-Silfvén & Don Auriello win Stockholm World Cup Grand Prix

STOCKHOLM, Nov. 26–Tinne Vilhelmsson-Silfvén and Don Auriello won the World Cup Grand Prix Saturday at the Stockholm International Horse Show, the third of nine competitions in the Western European League leading to the Final next April of the only annual global series in the sport.

Tinne and the nine-year-old Hanoverian gelding (Don Davidoff  x Wey o mey x White Star) in his first year at Grand Prix, scored 74.766 per cent with Denmark’s Siril Helljesen and Dorina second on 73.128 per cent and Sweden’s Patrik Kittel on the Australian-owned Toy Story third on 72.128 per cent.

In the Freestyle scheduled for Sunday, Tinne can substantially widen her lead at the top of the Western European League standings before leaving for Florida to spend the winter.
