An open meeting of the dressage community to review and discuss the proposed new dressage stadium at Palm Beach International Equestrian Center will be held at the White Horse Tavern at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Mar. 16.

Mark Bellissimo, chief executive of Equestrian Sport Productions that owns and manages PBIEC, Michael Stone, president of ESP, and Robert Dover who is leading a drive to raise funds for prize money and an operating budget, as well as other supporters will attend.
