LEXINGTON, Kentucky, Apr. 5–Riders from eight nations have been entered in the dressage test event for the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games to be held at the Kentucky Horse Park the same week as the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event  and the show jumping test event.

The list of 32 horses–some riders will show more than one horse–that will start for what is known as the Kentucky Cup was released by Lloyd Landkamer, organizer of the CDI3* event beginning April 20 and to be held in the same competition arenas as the actual WEG competitions scheduled for Sept. 25-Oct. 10. Lloyd is also the WEG dressage director.

Nations represented at the test event, by riders mostly resident on the East Coast of the United States or Canada, include: Canada, Colombia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Germany, Puerto Rico, Israel and the USA. Some have already qualified for the WEG and others are seeking to do so.

Dressage-news.com will cover the event and report on the facilities.
