WELLINGTON, Florida, Apr. 2–Dressage-news.com, the Internet news site launched less than a year ago, had its biggest month ever in March, 2010, with 3,322,438 “hits” from visitors in 116 countries.

The news and information website was launched on April 23, 2009, at the World Cup Final in Las Vegas and recorded 5,133 “hits” that day.

The site logged 1,516,616 “hits” for August, highlighted by coverage of the European Championships at Windsor.

Although headquartered in Wellington, home of the Winter Equestrian Festival, in 2009 dressage-news.com covered the World Cup Final in Las Vegas, Exquis World Dressage Masters CDI5* events in Munich, Cannes and Hickstead, CHIO Aachen, Raleigh, North Carolina, CDI-W, U.S. Young and Developing Horse Championships in Wayne, Illinois, the U.S. Festival of Champions at Gladstone, New Jersey, NEDA Fall Festival CDI-W at Saugerties, New York and Dressage at Devon CDI-W.

Year end reports on Edward Gal and Moorlands Totilas and Adelinde Cornelissen helped push the number of “hits” to 1,792,670 for December.

The total of 3,322,438 “hits” in March was from 116 countries, the top 10 being, the USA, Canada, Germany, Australia, Great Britain, Netherlands, Finland, France, Sweden and Denmark.

For 2010, dressage-news is embarked on extensive coverage of major U.S. and European competitions, highlighted by the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in Kentucky. The site is also planning new features.

Dressage-news.com was created and is operated by Ken Braddick, a life long journalist and media entrepreneur. In 2002, he created HorseSport USA, a full color monthly magazine that focused on high performance dressage and jumping around the world. He sold it after the 2008 Olympics.

In 2009, he became a founding partner and host of WHDT World Sports that was created to produce four nights a week of high definition broadcast television programming of jumping, dressage and polo in prime time.
