RHEINBERG, Germany, Nov. 18–Isabell Werth reported Wednesday that she has started riding again after the birth three weeks ago of a baby boy, Frederik.

In an update on her web site, she declared: “I think it’s time now to show a sign of life. We are all fine.”

Isabell said the baby “really changes everything… the daily routine, the habits, the view on the basics. It’s a great feeling.”

Of Frederik, she said, he “seems to enthuse everybody here in the stables. No wonder, after all he is the most wonderful baby in the world! Even the horses are absolutely sweet on him.”

She said that in the past few weeks “I sorely missed riding but with my pregnant belly it really wasn’t possible any more. Now there’s an end of it!

“I am riding again. Admittedly just very carefully in the walk, but as you know walk is the most difficult movement… At this place I would like to thank for all the congratulations and nice presents in the occasion of Frederik’s birth. It is always good to see how many friends and fans your have. Right now I can discribe my life with three little words: I am happy.”
