WEIKERSDORF, Austria, Oct. 16–Victoria Max-Theurer, who won the Grand Prix for the Special with Eichendorff on Thursday, followed with victory in the Grand Prix for Freestyle aboard Salieri OLD at Weikersdorf CDI3* Friday.
The Austrian Olympian and the 11-year-old Sandro Hit Oldenburg gelding scored 68.298 per cent with her compatriot Peter Gmoser on Cointreau second on 67.489 per cent and Germany’s Franz Trischberger on Bourbon K third with 65.319 per cent.
Canada’s Diane Creech, who tied for second with Canadian team mate Belinda Trussel in the Grand Prix for Special aboard Devon L on Thursday, finished fourth aboard Wiona on Friday.
