SYDNEY, Australia, July 22–Equestrian Australia Young Rider Dressage Championships begin Thursday.
The championships have drawn 186 entries with riders from across mainland Australia.
The event at the Sydney International Equestrian Center features riders from 10 to 21 years of age competing on ponies and horses in competitions ranging from Preliminary to FEI level including freestyle to music.
“We have been thrilled with the entries for the championships this year and once again our sponsors have supported the event very well,” Event Organizer Flora Robson said.
An open FEI senior competition from Prix St. Georges to Grand Prix will be held in conjunction with the event. The Grand Prix Freestyle will take place on Sunday.
