LODBERGEN, Germany, July 9–The German breeding stallions Royal Diamond, Rohdiamont, Don Gregory and Dylano will have been moved to the dressage horse performance center and breeding station operated by Harli Seifert and Markus Gribbe in Lodbergen.
The change of base for the stallions became necessary when Gestüt Vorwerk, one of the oldest and most famous breeding farms in Germany, was sold recently to Austrian Olympic gold medal dressage rider Sissy Max-Theurer to operate her own growing breeding operation.
Harli Seifert has operated a traditional and highly successful Oldenburg breeding operation at Lodbergen. Markus Gribbe partnered with Seifert to open a center dedicated to classic training and teaching of dressage for rider and horse.
Gestüt Vorwerk in Cappeln was the home of the famous stallions Furioso II, Zeus and Rubinstein and for several years was the base for U.S. rider Lisa Wilcox who enjoyed international success on the stallion Relevant.
Royal Diamond and Rohdiamont are full brothers and German champions, Don Gregory is a descendants of the legendary stallion, Donnerhall, and was also successful at Grand Prix.
