LINGEN, Germany, June 7–Isabell Werth and Satchmo confirmed their top form to win the Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special at the International Dressage Festival CDI4* in Lingen as a prelude to the German National Championships in Balve this week.
Werth and Satchmo won the Grand with 76.38 per cent, Britain’s Laura Bechtolsheimer and Mistral Hojris in second place on 75.62 per cent and Nadine Capellmann and Elvis VA of Germany in third with 71.57 per cent.
In the Grand Prix Special, Werth and Satchmo scored 79.88 per cent for first place, Bechtolsheimer and Mistral Hojris 78.04 per cent in second place and Capellmann and Elvis 73.46 per cent for third place.
In the Grand Prix for Freestyle, Bechtolsheimer and Andretti H topped the field with 71.32 per cent, British compatriot Fiona Bigwood and Wie Atlantico were second scoring 68.51 per cent and Sweden’s Tinne Vilhelmson on Solos Carex third with 67.87 per cent.
Patrik Kittel of Sweden and Scandic took the Freestye with 74.65 per cent, while Bechtolsheimer and Mistral Hojris filled second place with 74.20 per cent and Bigwood and Wie Atlantico third on 73.45 per cent.
