The United States dressage squad has arrived at the world championships in Herning, Denmark ahead of the start of competition Saturday, the first of two days of Grand Prix to decide the team competition.

The grooms who care for the horses–Nate Tucker (Valentine), Eddie Garcia (Suppenkasper), Emily Bender (Quartett) and Morgan Klingensmith (Salvino).

The horse inspection and the draw for the starting order will be held Friday.

The top six nations in the Grand Prix Saturday and Sunday qualify for the 2024 Olympics in Paris.

The Grand Prix Special is scheduled for Monday with the 30 best from the Grand Prix qualifying for the individual contest. All four combinations from a team can compete in the Special if they qualify in the top 30.

The Grand Prix Freestyle is scheduled for Wednesday with the best 15 rider and horse partnerships. Up to three qualified combinations are permitted from any nation.
