Alice Tarjan of Oldwick, New Jersey and Donatella M were third on 70.456%, just hours after placing second on Serenade MF in the Grand Prix for the Special. Between the rides the temperature rose from about 77F/25C to 87F/35C.
Tinne with Devanto, yet another horse she has started Big Tour on the Florida winter circuit over the past decade, said she was “super pleased” with the ride that went as she planned. There were mistakes that she didn’t want, but “it’s a work in progress.”
Devanto reacted well to Global’s centerpiece international arena where sound from the VIP pavilion covering two sides can be heard while riding, but will perform the freestyle in the horse’s first Friday Night Stars under the lights.
