LEXINGTON, Kentucky, Dec. 21, 2018–The United States Equestrian Federation reported Friday Elite and pre-Elite program members to reflect changes that included the addition of Suppenkasper and the removal of Rosamunde, both ridden by Steffen Peters, from the top combinations.
The Pre-Elite Program dropped Shelly Francis and Doktor; Catherine Haddad-Staller and Semper Fidelis; Adrienne Lyle and Horizon; Arlene “Tuny” Page and Woodstock; Kathleen Raine and Breanna and P.J. Rizvi and Breaking Dawn.

–Shelly Francis of Loxahatchee, Florida and Danilo, 14-year-old Hanoverian gelding owned by Patricia Stempel;
