Fiontini, the winner of three world young horse championships, has been secured as a 2020 Olympic prospect for Spain’s Severo Jurado López with Helgstrand Dressage becoming an ownership partner with Stutteri Evo.

Now eight years old, the Danish Warmblood mare ((Fassbinder x Romanov) was ridden by Severo to world champion at the ages of five, six and seven. Severo rides for Helgstrand Dressage.

“There is hardly any doubt that Fiontini is a special grade horse and that she possesses all the qualities needed to join the world elite,” said Andreas, an Olympic and World Equestrian Games rider for Denmark who operates sales and training operations in his homeland and Wellington, Florida. “For three consecutive years she has shown her value to the young horse world championships, and we are sure she has what it takes to get to the top when it comes to the Olympics in the summer of 2020.

“We are delighted that Fiontini is in the stable and the plan is now that she will continue to pair with Severo. The two are a fantastic couple and we have great expectations for their future.”
