DEAUVILLE, France, July 22, 2017–Tosca Visser van der Meulen and Asther de Jeu won the CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle Saturday, the first international Big Tour event for the pair from the Netherlands.
Tosca and the 12-year-old KWPN mare (Contango x Jazz) scored 75.125 per cent for the win, a day after placing second in the Grand Prix.
Spain’s Morgan Barbançon on Sir Donnerhall II OLD placed second on 74.735 per cent.
America’s P.J. Rizvi of Greenwich, Connecticut on Breaking Dawn was third on 73.680 per cent. The pair have been competing in Europe the past two months for the first time.
