DEVON, Pennsylvania, June 24, 2015–Dressage Devon has increased total prize money to $40,000 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the event with the boost going to the Saturday night World Cup Grand Prix Freestyle that is the highlight of the event.

The increase by $5,000 in prize money over 2014 was applied to the Freestyle for a purse of $15,000 compared with $10,000 last year.

Dressage at Devon on Main Line Philadelphia is scheduled for Sept. 29-Oct. 4, moved back a week from its original schedule because of a visit by the Pope to Philadelphia at the same time.

The event is offering prize money of $15,000 for the Grand Prix Freestyle and $4,500 for each of two Grand Prix and the Grand Prix Special, $3,500 for both the Prix St. Georges and Intermediate 1 and $4,500 for the Intermediate Freestyle.
