DRACHTEN, Netherlands, Jan. 11, 2015–Carola Koppelmann rode Deveraux B to the pair’s first victory Sunday by winning the ICNN CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle, the first international Freestyle for the German combination.
Carola and the 13-year-old Westfalen gelding scored 74.325 per cent for the win over Laurens van Lieren of the Nethewrlands on Ulysses la Haya in second on 72.725 per cent and Patrik van der Meer, also of the Netherlands, on Zippo in third on 71.425 per cent.
Carola and Deveraux began their Grand Prix career at Verden, Germany last August and their only other show in 2014 was at Oldenburg in November.
