WELLINGTON, Florida, Mar. 15, 2014–Ashley Holzer debuted Dressed in Black, her nine-year-old stallion, at Grand Prix Saturday in a national competition at the Adequan Global Dressage Festival.

The powerful black Westfalen (Dresemann x Silvano) was first competed by the Canadian Olympian at Prix St. Georges in a CDI exactly a year ago.

The horse was judged Saturday by Stephen Clarke a FEI 5* judge from Great Britain and Sandra Hotz, a 3* judge of the United States. They awarded the pair 69.100 per cent, but the main purpose of the outing was for Ashley to give the horse his first experience at Grand Prix with show ground actvity.
