ACHLEITEN, Austria, July 25, 2020–Isabell Werth and DSP Quantaz won the CDI4* Grand Prix Freestyle Saturday in the first international musical performance for the 10-year-old German Sport Horse.

Isabell and Quantaz scored 85.450% for the duo’s seventh straight victory since beginning Big Tour 14 months ago.

The pair won the Grand Prix Friday on a score of more than 80%, the fourth horse–and all currently being competed by Isabell–that the German superstar has ridden to at least 80%. The others are Bella Rose, her world No., Weihegold OLD at No. 2 and Emilio standing ninth in the world.

Austria’s Victoria Max-Theurer and Rockabilly were awarded 80.725% for second, as the pair were in the Grand Prix.

Germany’s Frederic Wandres and Sa Coeur placed third on 77.380%, the international debut of the 13-year-old Oldenburg gelding.

Estelle Wettstein on West Side Story OLD was fourth on 77.365%, a career best for the Swiss pair that began international competition more than four years ago in the young rider division. The duo competed at the 2016 European Young Rider Championships and three years later on the Swiss team at the senior Europeans.
