An American team of four horses and riders will compete in the CDIO5* Nations and three in the companion CDI4* including Steffen Peters on Legolas and Kasey Perry-Glass on Dublet that have already been named to the United States Olympic team.

The U.S. Equestrian Federation announced the Dutta Corp. team Tuesday for the Nations Cup at the World Equestrian Festival July 12-17 as:

–Katherine Bateson Chandler of Wellington, Florida on Alcazar, 11-year-old KWPN gelding owned by Jane Forbes Clark’

–Shelly Francis of Loxahatchee, Florida on Doktor, 13-year-old Oldenburg gedling owned by Patricia Stempel;

–Arlene “Tuny” Page of Wellington and her Woodstock, 13-year-old KWPN gelding, and

–Steffen Peters of San Diego, California on Rosamunde, nine-year-old Thinelander mare owned by Four Winds Farm.

The combinations entered for the CDI4* are:

–Shelly Francis on Danilo, 12-year-old Hanoverian gelding owned by Patricia Stempel;

–Kasey Perry-Glass of Wellington on Dublet, 13-year-old Danish Warmblood gelding owned by Diane Perry, and

–Steffen Peters on Legolas, 14-yerar-old Westfalen gelding also owned by Four Winds Farm.

Kasey and Dublet and Steffen and Legolas were named to the U.S. team for Rio de Janeiro along with Laura Graves of Geneva, Florida on Verdades and Allison Brock of Wellington on Rosevelt.
