WELLINGTON, Florida, April 1, 2015–Barbara “Bebe” Davis has begun training with Oded Shimoni as the rider has opted to stay in Wellington for the summer and not move to New Jersey with her longtime trainer, Cesar Parra.

Four horses ridden by the 17-year-old who competes in the Junior and Young Rider divisions and her family moved into the equestrian center owned by Oded, a three-time World Equestrian Games rider for Israel, in Wellington Wednesday following the 12-week Adequan Global Dressage Festival,

She competed in the Pony division until 2013 before switching to horses. She rode at the North American Junior & Young Rider Championships the past two years.

With Feivel Mousekwitz she is ranked 26th on the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) Junior world rankings and 31st on Rotano.

Cesar Parra, based in Jupiter, Florida in winter and Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, the rest of the year. As reported last month by dressage-news.com., he will continue to ride Van the Man that was owned by Michael and Sarah Davis, Bebe’s parents.
