WELLINGTON, Florida, Mar. 29, 2015–Laura Tomlinson, Great Britain’s Olympic team gold and individual bronze medalist, became the first person inducted into the dressage-news.com “80% Club” of riders of horses attaining at least 80 per cent at Grand Prix.

The award of a brow band specially designed for the honor was made at the Adequan Global Dressage Festival which provided its support for the recognition.

Only 11 riders on 12 different horses in the modern day history of dressage have achieved a score of at least 80 per cent.

The brow band was designed and produced by Robin Brown of Sarasota, Florida for dressage-news.com.

The 80 per cent achievement was so rare that dressage-news.com believed it should be recognized. GDF provided support.
