ZAKRZOW, Poland, Nov. 8, 2014–Aleksandra Szulc and Rumba Hit celebrated their first year anniversary at international Grand Prix with their first victory when the Polish combination captured the CDI3* Grand Prix Special Saturday.

Aleksandra and the 10-year-old Polish-bred gelding scored 69.824 per cent for the win over Anna Łukasik also of Poland on Stella Pack Ganda on 65.647 per cent and the Netherlands’ Derk Schekkerman on Primeval Ucola in third on 63.824 per cent.

The 27-year-old Aleksandra competed in the 2007 European Young Rider Championships. She started her international Grand Prix career with Rumba Hit exactly one year ago and this was the sixth show for the pair.
